Leading Conversion Rate Optimisation

This is a post about how I got involved in Conversion Rate Optimisation, and what I do with CRO in my day to day work, and how I defined our process for our clients.

I have been leading the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team at Pragmatic. In this role, I have been spending a day a week getting our process solidly into place. It has been an exciting and enjoyable part of my job, as before Pragmatic I was dealing with CRO, but never knew it was a thing!

Since joining Pragmatic, I have been able to detail a complete process and then use that process with our clients. It has led me to a lot of other areas of UX and why I could do with them to make better products and services for our clients.
